Rental Agreement

Divine 360 LLC

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Divine 360 LLC (“Company”) and the client (“Client”) upon booking.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. The deposit will be applied toward the total booking cost. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the event date. If the booking is within 7 days, any remaining balance is due upon receipt of the invoice. Events with unpaid balances may be subject to cancellation.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedule requests made 14 or more days before the event date may apply the deposit as a credit toward a future booking, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

3. Rental Period

Rental time begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time agreed upon at booking. Setup and breakdown time are not included in the rental period. Additional time must be approved in advance and is subject to availability.

4. Event Requirements

Client is responsible for ensuring:

The Company reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

5. On-Site Attendant (If Applicable)

If an on-site booth attendant is booked, the attendant will assist guests and manage booth operation. Attendant availability is limited and not guaranteed for all events.

6. Damage & Liability

Client assumes full responsibility for the booth and equipment during the rental period. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or guest interference may result in additional charges. The Company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss related to booth use.

7. Media & Content Use

The Company is not responsible for content captured by guests. By booking, the Client grants permission for the Company to use event media for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

8. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, venue restrictions, or emergencies.

9. Add-On Clause

Add-ons and enhancements must be selected and paid for no later than seven (7) days prior to the event and are subject to availability.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking and payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
