Policies

Deposit
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due at delivery.
Travel Fees
Professional delivery and setup are included within NYC's five boroughs. Travel fees apply for events outside the five boroughs.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be rescheduled subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event forfeit the deposit. No refunds for no-shows.
ID Requirement
Valid government-issued photo ID is required at all deliveries. No ID = No equipment. No exceptions. Acceptable forms: driver's license, state ID, or passport.
Rental Agreement
All bookings require agreement to our rental terms at the time of booking. A second signature will be collected at delivery.

Do I need to provide my own phone?
Yes — the client provides a compatible smartphone (iPhone 11+ recommended) for recording. A dedicated capture device ($35 additional fee) can be added as an enhancement. Photos and videos are available instantly or within 48 hours after the event for custom overlay bookings.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We require at least 24 hours advance notice. For same-day or last-minute bookings, call us directly at (929) 244-3945 — subject to availability.
What areas do you service?
We serve all five NYC boroughs — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. Travel fees apply for events outside the five boroughs.
How much space does the booth need?
The booth requires a minimum 6x6 ft clear area for safe operation and comfortably fits up to two guests at a time. A standard power outlet nearby is also required.
Can the booth be used outdoors?
Outdoor use is possible in fair weather conditions with a covered or shaded area. We do not operate in rain or extreme weather. A covered outdoor space is strongly recommended.
Can I customize the video overlay?
Yes! Custom overlays are available as an add-on for $35. Your personalized overlay will be applied and delivered within 48 hours after your event.
How do guests receive their videos?
Videos can be shared instantly via QR code or AirDrop directly from the booth. For bookings with a custom overlay add-on, delivery is within 48 hours after the event.
