Deposit ▼
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
Travel Fees ▼
Professional delivery and setup are included within NYC. Travel fees apply for events outside the five boroughs.
Cancellation & Rescheduling ▼
Cancellations or reschedule requests made 14 or more days before the event date may be applied as a credit. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit.

Do I need to provide my own phone? ▼
Yes — the client provides a compatible smartphone (iPhone 11+ recommended) for recording. A dedicated capture device can be added as an enhancement upon request. Photos and videos are available instantly or within 48 hours after the event for custom overlay bookings.
How far in advance do I need to book? ▼
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings are welcome — call us directly to schedule, subject to availability.
What areas do you service? ▼
We serve all five NYC boroughs — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. Travel fees apply for events outside the five boroughs.
How much space does the booth need? ▼
The booth requires a minimum 6x6 ft clear area for safe operation and comfortably fits up to two guests at a time. A standard power outlet nearby is also required.
Can the booth be used outdoors? ▼
Outdoor use is possible in fair weather conditions with a covered or shaded area. We do not operate in rain or extreme weather. A covered outdoor space is strongly recommended.
Can I customize the video overlay? ▼
Yes! Custom overlays are available as an add-on for $35. Your personalized overlay will be applied and delivered within 48 hours after your event.
How do guests receive their videos? ▼
Videos can be shared instantly via QR code or AirDrop directly from the booth. For bookings with a custom overlay add-on, delivery is within 48 hours after the event.
