Client assumes full responsibility for all Divine 360 LLC equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Equipment must be kept in a secure location and protected from weather, liquids, and unauthorized use.
Total equipment replacement value is $1,500. Client is liable for the full cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused during the rental period. Damage will be assessed at pickup and charged against the security hold or invoiced separately.
A $150 security hold will be authorized on your card on the morning of your event. This hold is not a charge — it will be fully released within 5-7 business days after your event, provided equipment is returned undamaged.
Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery. No ID = No equipment. No exceptions. Acceptable IDs include driver's license, state ID, or passport. Failure to present ID will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
The 30% deposit paid at booking is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled subject to availability. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
Rental period begins at the agreed start time and ends at the agreed pickup time. Extensions must be invoiced and paid in advance. Unauthorized extensions are billed at the applicable hourly rate plus a $50 late fee.
Events requiring overnight rentals (exceeding 6 hours or running past midnight) are subject to overnight pricing. Overnight pricing is displayed at booking and confirmed in your confirmation email.
Event planners booking on behalf of clients accept full liability for equipment during the rental period. The booking party's ID will be collected at delivery regardless of end-client arrangements.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in New York County courts.
