Step 5 — Terms & Agreement

⚠️ $150 security hold required — no exceptions. Even for free events, a $150 hold will be authorized on your card the morning of your event. It is not a charge — fully released after the event if all equipment is returned undamaged.

📸 Content usage: Photos and videos captured at your event may be used by Divine 360 for marketing and social media. This is part of the exchange for the free service.

📅 Date subject to availability: Applying does not guarantee a specific date. If selected, we'll confirm based on our calendar.

👤 One application per event: Please submit only one application per event — duplicates will be disqualified.

🕐 Attendant cap: If an attendant is requested, the free event is capped at 2 hours of attended service.

🎨 Custom Overlay: Available at a reduced software fee — pricing discussed directly if selected.
